Briagate HOA

The Briargate Homeowners Association consists of 20 townhomes  and is located off of 28 1/4 Road in Grand Junction, CO. The Association is responsible for common areas surrounding the buildings, exterior building maintenance, the laundry room, irrigation and insurance. The current monthly Assessment for this Association is $100.00 per unit.
