The Stepping Stone Homeowners Association consists of 39 single family homes.
Stepping Stone HOA is located off of D 1/2 & 32 1/2 Road and across the street from Rocky Mountain Elementary School. The HOA is responsible for common areas , irrigation and insurance.
The current annual Assessment for this Association is $150.00 per home.
