Garfield Mountain Townhomes

The  Garfield Mountain Townhome Association is located in Palisade, Colorado and consist of seven townhomes.

The Association is responsible for common area maintenance & the insurance for the common area & the Board of Directors and exterior building maintenance.

​

Garfield Mountian Townhomes has a  monthly assessment for eachunit of $125.00 and is due by the end of each month. Each unit is also required to obtain approval from the Association prior to making any changes to the exterior of the building.

Transfer fee of $150.00 payable to Lighthouse Management.
