Dakota West HOA

Dakota West HOA is located off of D 1/2 Road and Bismark Drive and consists of 49 single family homes. This Association has annual dues of $150.00 per home to maintain the pond area and the insurance.

Owners are responsible for the installation and maintenance of their watering systems and landscaping. Owners are also required to submit an Architectural Request form to obtain approval from the Board of Directors prior to changes being made to the landscaping or the home.
