The Olympic Arms Condominiums consists of 24 units  located on the corner of 1st Street & F Road. 

 

Olympic Arms has a monthly Assessment of $155.00 and is responsible for the common area maintenance, exterior building maintenance, City Water for the common areas, trash service, & the  insurance.
