Pioneer Village II HOA

The Pioneer Village II HOA is a 45+ (Age Restricted & Enforced) Community of 59 Manufactured Homes. The Association encompasses East Conestoga Circle and West Conestoga Circle in Grand Junction, Colorado located off of Patterson Road. 

The Association is responsible for the following items:

  • The irrigation water, systems/Pump/vault/mainline repairs and maintenance.  Irrigation start up and winterization of owner lots is included if connected to the main system. Domestic water/backflow winterization on lots is NOT included in Association dues.

  • General Liability and Directors & Officers Insurance.

  • State Registration with the Secretary of State and DORA.

  • IRS tax preparation and filing.

  • Association Covenant Enforcement and Association Mgmt.

  • Maintenance of Common Area landscaping

Pioneer Village II has a monthly assessment for each home of $60.00 per month (or $720.00 per year) Effective Jan. 1st, 2024.
RV Parking dues: $15.00 per month (or $180.00 per year)

 

Each home is also required to obtain approval from the Association prior to making any exterior alterations to the property. Please see below for the Architectural Request Form.
