Pioneer Village II Policies
Below are the Responsible Governance Policies required by the Colorado Common Ownership Interest Act (CCIOA). The purpose of these policies is to support your CC&R's and assist your Board of Directors in managing your association effectively.
Purpose: To adopt procedures for the adoption and amendment of policies, procedures and rules.
Purpose: To ensure that the Board and all individuals appointed to any committees of the Board maintain a high standard of ethical conduct in the performance of the Association's duties.
Purpose: To adopt procedures to be followed when collecting on delinquent owner accounts.
Purpose: To adopt a procedure to be followed when giving notice of and conducting meetings.
Purpose: To outline procedures to be followed when enforcing rules and regulations for the Association.
Purpose: To outline procedures to be followed when resolving a conflict between an owner and the Board of Directors or any committee of the Assoication.
Purpose: To establish uniform proceudres for the inspection and copying of Association records by Association members.
Purpose: To define the investment objectives and procedures to protect and ensure the safety of the assests and capital improvements of the Association.
Purpose: To ensure that tenants understand and follow the Bylaws and CC&R's of the Association.
Purpose: To clarify the Pet Restrictions in Section 5, D & E of the CC&R's.
Purpose: As Pioneer Village II is a 55 and older community, this policy is to ensure the safety of any children and the residents of the community.
Purpose: To adopt procedures for a reserve study and any funding.
Purpose: To help the Board of Directors or Parking Coordinator organize fthe parking of recreation vehicles in the RV Parking area and enforce any rules and refulations pertaining to the area.
Purpose: To ensure proper restriction of leasing a property for less than 180 days (6 months).
Purpose: To adopt procedures for enforcing signage and the flying of flags and banners in the Association.
Purpose: To adopt procedures for protecting the personal information of the Owner's in the Association.
